Correct EROS link

I've included below a how-to list for getting the correct links.  Before ya know it, you'll be a pro!

Firefox
1. Right-click on the name/word/link BELOW picture.
2. Select Copy Link Address.
3. Paste into your TER message.

Internet Explorer and its emulators (Avant, etc.)
1. Right-click on the name/word/link BELOW picture.
2. Select Copy Shortcut.
3. Paste into your TER message.
