There is not a single politician above that of city mayor from either of the TWO big parties that hasn't sold out the American public for their continued personal political and financial success with their respective parties ideologies which sadly do not include the “general welfare or securing the blessings of liberty for ourselves or our posterity”.
Clean out the house,
Establish either an across the board FLAT tax or a federal sales tax thus eliminating most special interest lobbies and their lawyers more interested in legerdemain than law.
Put a cap on what can be raised as well a spent in election campaigns
Despite some inevitable growing pains the Constitution did quite well for us for 200 years. It’s time to put a stop to this last 50 years of aforementioned legerdemain and get back to the basics which are easy to read and fit in a breast pocket sized pamphlet.
