"Girlie Boy" Edwards will be too busy trying to find his way around his new 28,000 sq.ft. house to be able to campaign. He is a LOSER, a Hypocrite and a Fool.
Yes, President Bush did said “stay the course”, BUT Hillary Clinton also said it also.
On November 28, 2003 when she was in Iraq, she said the following: ….“If we don’t stay the course here, if we don’t put the time in, then I am not sure then we cannot count on the sort of success the Iraq people and the America people hope for”….
On October 10, 2002 when she was discussing the vote on going to war she said ….“This is a very difficult vote, this is probably the hardest decision I ever to made, any vote that might lead to war should be hard, but I cast it with conviction”….
On February 2, 2007 Hillary Clinton said: …. “I want to be very clear about this, if I had been president in October 2002, I would not have started this war”….
Where does she stand on the war in Iraq?
Sound like she will say what sounds good at the time in front of the cameras. She will change her tune to BENEFIT HER, NOT THE COUNTRY
For more on her changing her position on Iraq, watch Sean Hannity’s show on Fox this Sunday night. BTW, I did not get the above quotes from a Sean Hannity’s program, I saw them on another program this past week.
The incredibly simple rule is : when the find yourself in a hole, the very first thing to do is -- stop digging.
Then you've got the time and the energy and the composure to try to work out the rest.
only imagine what you have left out.
"Because bipartisan support for this resolution makes success in the United Nations more likely, and therefore, war less likely, and because a good faith effort by the United States, even if it fails, will bring more allies and legitimacy to our cause, I have concluded, after careful and serious consideration, that a vote for the resolution best serves the security of our nation. If we were to defeat this resolution or pass it with only a few Democrats, I am concerned that those who want to pretend this problem will go way with delay will oppose any UN resolution calling for unrestricted inspections.
This is a very difficult vote. This is probably the hardest decision I have ever had to make -- any vote that may lead to war should be hard -- but I cast it with conviction."
While I think it was still a stupid vote because even I knew that Bush was going to war by this point no matter what Saddam did, it is not the warmongering call that NCJimbo is implying with his creative ellipses.
Clinton family & Bush Family are the problems for this country and not the solutions: These two families are corrupt as they can come....
Time for some one new and decent...
Whether you look at it from the left or the right, I haven't seen a thing that inspires me to actively work for any candidate.
This might be a surprise to those who still believe me to be a single issue voter.
But at the moment.... the guy *I* would have liked to see, Joe Biden, was never a strong candidate, and has already shot his candidacy in the foot. I DO still think he's a realistic nominee for VP, based entirely on his long years of experience... of course he has his flaws. But he's still got more integrity than most of our elected representatives in DC these days. Or does he?
As for the rest of the Dem crowd.... well, let's face it. The truth is, Hillary is a juggernaut, this nomiation is hers to lose. Could I ever see myself voting for her? All things considered, yes.
Which is more than I could say for any of the candidates the REPS are buzzing about.
I can tell you one thing... it WILL be the ugliest, most vicious and detrimental election cycle in our history. Regardless of who the eventual candidates are, regardless of what the world political situation is.
Unless of course, the anti-Christ Dick Cheney and his Presidential puppet the W find some way to suspend the elections and retain power.
What? You don't think its possible? With the way THIS administration has raped the Constitution, it wouldn't surprise me in the least.
...except I feel that Edwards and Obama both deserve consideration. I, too, would vote for Hillary against any of the Republican rabble on the horizon, but that doesn't mean I prefer her over Edwards or Obama.
I also agree with your characterizations of Cheney and Bush. Does the President have the constitutional power to declare martial law in a "wartime" emergency?

On Republican side, Chuck Hagel from Nebraska, and Graham (he is mostly likely gay) from South Carolina will be great and from Democrat side, Al Gore (he was right about EVERYTHING, wasn't he?), Mark Warner, or Evan Bayh would have been great also.
I don't know about Biden, he ran his campaign poorly back in 1988 and now. I also WILL NOT vote for Hillary or Guiliani or McCain...
Edward is good guy also but he does not stand a chance with Hillary and Obama running....

YOU, harryj. Your sole contribution seems to be brown excrement. I believe if you ever had a real idea, it would die of loneliness.

I defer to your experise on "excrement". Seems you have a PhD in the subject.
....Since he never has any substance in his posts, at least we can be encouraged that he has learned a new word "Girlie Boy" to his vast vocabulary of his including but not limited to Pott Head, Libbie, and Communist..He can even make simple sentence such as "Clinton got a BJ" or a complicated sentence such as "Clinton got BJ from Monica".
He is coming along....

Do you ammuse yourself with your sophmoric drival? I have a clear recollection from 40 years ago of the babble flowing from the lips of college students who thought they were God's gift to the universe with their new found "wisdom" after spending a semester or two in college. Nighty, you sound just like them. May you grow out of it.
I have grown out of it: As a matter of fact I can clearly say that I don't have my head stuck up in my ass like the Right Wing Groups...
Interestingly, I don't need to amuse myself, you are doing a fine job of that for all of us here..
Reading your posts always convince me that ignorance must be a bliss...
This invasion, and the 2 trillion dollars we are borrowing to pay for it, might just spell our "Karm-uppence" and demise!
I'll help you out.
Israel IS NOT the 52nd state.
The USA is Israel's illegally occupied East Bank.
PR 51st state? I suspect someone from the NYC metro area.
On Wednesday evening, on Hannity and Colmes TV show, there was even more video clips of Hillary talking out of both side of her mouth. Again, from October, 2002 when she voted for the resolution and now in February,2007 she says it was wrong to go into Iraq.
I first saw some clips on Glenn Beck program last week. These are new and different ones.
Again, where does she stand?
