Hi I'm new to this hobby and like most noobies I am afraid of getting busted. What I would like to know is how many of you or people you now have been busted. Is the number of incounters far greater than the number of bust, What are the odds of me getting busted?

There are online legal libraries in which you can use to look up your states specific guidlines for prostitution. Im in Florida, and I think the laws are the hardest here to get around. What I do is read a disclaimer to the clients before anything is said or done....something like: "The donation to my college fund is in exchange for my time and companionship only. This is not an offer for prostitition in any way. Anything that may transpire during this session is between two consenting adults and not for pay". "Agreed?" and make sure they VERBALLY say Agreed or yes. Most officers trying to bust you will use an audio recording device, and if up front they agree to this, theres really nothing they can do after.
To be on the safe side, I bring a camcorder to my sessions. I dont turn it on, but you can use that in saving yourself, because making a porn is not illegal....the camera is the only difference between a porn and prostitution.

Thats a good idea. I have heard of this before with the camera, because even if the cops try to bust while you are tape recording the session, taking it to trial ..it will be thrown out! I have recieved attorneys advice and most cases are thrown out.
Jury's are not favorable to prostitution cases.
