1) You are already a TER member, this happened when you signed up and created your user id.
2) Unlike other escort sites, the profiles of TER are created by clients, not providers.
3) You can advertise your availability once every seven days on one of TER's regional boards, in your case Phoenix. In your ad, you can post a link to your escort mall ad or your personal website, provided that it displays the TER badge or banner.
