below the National Boards box where you listed your question is the Regional Boards link box. Scroll to city your interested in and away you go.
Little white box above the boobies to the left that says "choose one" has a drop down menu with all of the cities that have one.
click on that city. It's that simple. If you don't live near ANY of the cities listed, click on"other cities".
