I am a provider and I have a few questions...
I have a basic membership, do i have to upgrade to send/recieve PM's on this site. And will the board accept reviews from another site to get into the providers only section...

As a provider all you need is one review to get limited VIP status. Contact admin with the "contact" button at the top right to connect your reviews with your "handle". Limited VIP means you get to use the PM system and you can read your own reviews. Once your handle is connected to your reviews, everytime you post anything a link after your handle will show up saying "See my reviews".
Once you get 3 reviews (all on TER, not other sites) then you can apply to get onto the Provider Board.
