I think this post is pretty accurate. Goldentime and acapulco fall within the 50km distance, just. Probably the best line ups though, although Acapulco is 90%+ Romanian (Goldentime is more diverse). Oceans, Livingroom, Dolce Vita, Acapulco Gold and Magnum are pretty much in Duesseldorf itself. I wouldn't recommend Dolce Vita because of the crappy service; Magnum has been losing girls to Oceans for a bit this year (maybe that will change when the new pool is completed); and Acapulco Gold has many things going for it, but the looks of the girls are not really one of them.

Well of course hottest is subjective but I'd say you're unlikely to be disappointed at Living Room, Oceans (but don't tell them you got there by taxi!), Acapulco or Goldentime if you're willing to travel a little further. There's also Dolce Vita but it gets the thumbs-down from @icebear who has plenty of experience, hopefully he'll stop by at some point with his $0.02.
