Here's some interesting background reading from the Federation Of American Scientists, a pretty well-respected and mainstream group, about Israel's sale of weapons technology, and especially US-provided weapons technology, to other countries, but especially to the People's Republic Of China.

The PRC -- you remember, of Tienamen Square fame and Tibetan invasion and occupation fame.

And the Israelis take offense when the US finally wakes up and  calls them on it.  

Absolutely amazing.  But still par for the course.
