Sinful Sinthia has been after me for months to post this on TER..

I blogged these last year- And many web owners asked my permission to put them on their sites-

I copied my PHD links from chicagoareaescorts.com cause i was too lazy to search for them in my blogs.. LOL

Thank you dear - this is great of you.  I recently copied it off your blog.

What great writing and wit! Informative and entertaining. Should make the NYT best seller list soon. :-)

Fantastic series of articles!!!

I wish I had've known this information when I first started providing.

I learned a lot by reading the articles.

... and if you believe that ...

But seriously, I had just recently stumbled across your blog and was making my way through your Hooking 101 articles.  Very informative and well written.

They are an absolute 'Must Read' for new providers.  I also think that a thoughtful hobbyist can glean quite of bit of insight from the perspective of someone on the other side of the ... bed.

Thank you.

awsum ciara.
could you add a chapter 10 'filing taxes' or someone else of the ladies who has this experience chime in...what is the proffesion to list, what form, any legit deductions for us (or is that a red flag, milage at least)? is it safe to go to a H & R block type? do you file quartly or once/year. want to do this to etablish credit (buy car, condo in future)& not worry about IRS. please help a first year girl. tis the season to file taxes :~)
thanks, & thanks again for posting this....

That is a hard one to write.. Unless it is state by state-

I can try to write something basic.. but it wont be all that informative, as every state has different tax laws. With that, different filings, different forms, and so on..

thanks ciara
just write from your own experience on filing your federal taxes, & any other ladies out there, that will give us a starter, then i can look into my own state tax info. just hav know idea how to begin this & who to talk to about it, i'm sure there is alotta ladies out there like me...thanks you so much for responding, you are too kind ciara :~)

If you are busted and haven't paid taxes, especially if it's a high profile bust, the IRS may well decide to take a look at that, and if they find you haven't paid taxes you are now looking at a serious federal felony rather than a fine and probation.

As for the specifics of filing, you ought to find a friendly CPA who understands your business and let them guide you through the process.

Just how is a provider supposed to find a "friendly" CPA? Call one up and say "Do you mind that I am an escort?" and keep doing that until one says no? I would think that would be very awkward. Not only that but then she hopes the CPA won't narc.

if an indie, how about 'consultant', & file as sole proprietor thru either a cpa or h&r block type. then you can establish credit to buy car, house, save for retirement..sep plan or ira thru your businees, & take simple deductions as , cell phone, internet connection, web site, seperate business bank serv charge, office stuff like pens, paper, computer, lap top, printer, printer ink, health insurance, milage for out calls, bank, off. supplies (this i think would be the only one that maybe a red flag would go up, have to document this w/date & client), don't deduct hotel, food, airplanes, clothes, even though their part of a providers work expense, red flafs for audit,  & be honest on what you deduct & keep receipts. but i think the others above other than milage is safe. i'm a businees consultant-sole proprietor for 16 years & take those (i keep records) & never been audited, i go to a cpa.   other providers who file should voice their .02, better from them than us who speculate, would prob really help the other ladies..

but in any case, I bet that if a provider inquired on a local "providers only" board, she would get several leads.

Your attorney (You do have one, don't you?) is another source for a reference.

Entertainer.  You have legitimate expenses for personal care (hair dresser, nails, etc.), clothing, mileage, computer/internet, web site, agent (phone person) and more.

If you don't file big brother could get you for tax evasion.  Don't fu*k with the feds.

I am a practicing CPA and can answer most of your questions.  This forum may not be long enough for all the answers so I will give the readers digest version.
1.) Many providers have an outside expertise, ie legal, personal training, home cleaning etc, etc and set up businesses and report the income earned from providing thru the business rather than listing a profession as "Hooker", Prostitite or whatever you want to call it.
2.)Deductions include travel, hotel, supplies(which I would guess might be condoms, lubricant, candles etc), mileage or auto expenses for traveling. This is a short list of expenses.
3.)Sometimes and H & R Block person doesn't ask as many questions as a CPA, however, if you are truthful with the CPA, that person may be better qualified to help you.
4.)Filing quarterly, or once a year depends on the entity you chose, ie, corporation or sole-proprietor.  When you find a tax preparer, you should include this in your discussions.
5.)Establishing credit is a whole other ball game.  With this business (or hobby) you may not want to worry to much about credit as the income you generate is cash.

one question on #2, wouldn't some of the deductions raise a red flag to irs for auditing, shoulden't i keep it simple like deductions for phone, internet, website, office-computer supplies...can show receipts for that, hate to hav to show receipts for condoms, candles, beauty shop, lingerie...being a provider, i think the irs would dis-allow...

A great addition to the newbie board and valuable info! You gotta love Ciara, I do!  She has a straight forward way with words and a sense of humor!

And its about time!!!  Geez, I thought you would never post this!!! roflmao

WOW this extremely informative and helpful.....thank u

Thanks for all the lovely emails -
And all the lovely private messages here.

Any girl knows where my ciara007 tips are.,.

Matter of fact- You thought the information was so useless- you left and didnt stay on the board-

Girls care more about how much their hotel rooms are, how much their condoms and lingerie are, rather than their safety..

Sooooooooooo..
That's all ..

Any girl wanting the Ciara007 screening tips-

You know where they are -
