As I said earlier, a newbie coming out of the blue complaining about a respected provider, is an easy way to make a a lot of enemies, both female and male. Looks like you handled this situation very nicely!!! No blame to anyone on the board, and the woman who shares the name of the popular gal you mentioned posted bailed you out by saying that yes, there is another one that is not me.
Being a former Phoenician, and an ASU graduate, I can tell you that you will want to keep an eye one Phoenix411.net. The gals there, both indy and agency, are all top class and very reliable!!! Keep a close eye on the Phoenix board!!! It is not uncommon for them to take a trip down I-10!!!
