Seek out a real solution such as a chiropractor who also does soft tissue work and keep any fun separate.
My back and neck are suffering. Can any recommend a masseuse that is available on little notice? Please don't flame me about asking. I tried searching but it seems like everyone offers a massage but I need a really good one.
