Does taking pics or video of a session make it different in the eyes of the law? Do you have to have some kind of license to exlude yourself from prosecution? I am amazed at how open some of the girls are that advertise that they are porn actresses and the rates they charge for specific acts. Can anyone here give me some advice on this? I am very interested in marketing some shoots that I will be doing in the near future, but I don't want to go to jail just for not saying or doing the right thing.
