Especially if you like to run or walk, or even bike ride. Lots of steep, tree lined streets and beautiful scenery. It's where I go when I want to be away from the masses of Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Hope you get a chance to check it out! Enjoy your exploration of Los Angeles :)

I’m going to probably sound like a really big tourist, but what are some places that you’d recommend for someone to explore in LA? In addition from the Google and Yelp, I thought I'd check here too. I don’t really have a preference; I’m open to anything to stop at while I'm there. But nothing crazy since I won’t be out very late and this is just more for me to explore a different area.

Here are some places that I’ve already been to:
Venice Beach
Santa Monica
Getty Villa
Downtown LA

I’m trying to get out of O.C. for a bit and as you can see, I haven’t gotten to see much of L.A. Santa Monica and Downtown probably shouldn’t be on the list though since I mostly just ate. TIA 😊

On a clear day, go up to Griffith Observatory and stroll to the top of the hills, explore Melrose street shopping.
