I need your advice on the best way to warn others of providers who are swindlers and con artists.
I am relatively new to the hobby and I appreciate any input you can provide:

What would be the best approach to take?
Is going directly to TER an option? Or will I be branded a rat.
Is it okay to warn others or is it every man for himself?
Should I not say anything because it might hurt the providers business?
Is there a website for this purpose?
If not, is anyone interested in creating one with me? Sort of like the www.nationalblacklist.com but for hobbyist.

Thanks.

I think everyone would appreciate if you posted it here. Depending on what happened you could potentially be assisting quite a few hobbyists from going thru the same encounter.

If you post your warning using your alias you'll probably find it wont be well received, you'll just look like someone trying to hurt the competition unless she is a known ROB. If you use your regular username it adds some credibility, if you were ripped off write a review. If you are crossing paths with repeatedly with swindlers and con artists you need to learn how to research your new friends better and start looking for them in different places. National blacklist sites are often overused for minor offenses or as retribution and have limited value, IMHO.
