Have seen your recent postings re: travel to Memphis and/or Nashville in May.  Just wanted to let you know that Memphis hosts a "Memphis in May" bbq/music festival during that time. It's a pretty big event & finding a hotel room can be tricky.

As an alternative, you might consider the casinos near Memphis located near Tunica, Miss.   Memphis is a great place to visit, but, for a provider, I would recommend an East End or even Germantown hotel. While there's plenty of fun to be had downtown, (Beale Street, etc), there might be a safety issue for a woman traveling alone (like any large city).
