 Indeed, the Republican's have used Gerrymandering. My point to you is the Democrats do it also, so blaming just the Republicans is disingenuous on your part. My example of Iowa proves the GOP ideas can convert Dem voters and win without the need for any redistricting. All they need are better ideas.
