I know every one of my ATF's absolutely loves the biz. The ones that are strickly in it for the money, it shows. Believe me.
They usually don't last long. Quite a number of providers I've talked to say they are doing this to make money for school or to start a business, like manicurist. Once they have enough money, it's sayonara to hooking.
Of course. There are many in that situation. But again, I tend to see ladies that are a little older and know what it takes to be a successful provider. And, also, there is nothing wrong with making money. Nobody would do it at all if the "pay" wasn't good. I am just saying that the best ladies really enjoy the biz. And as I said, u can always tell.

If they’re actively, relentlessly seeking a Real-Estate/Brokers license, RN, LVN, CDL, etc etc they don’t much like what they do
But considering the source, one that is obvious and expected.
If the provider is over 40, and going for the LVN, RN, it's a legitimate phasing out turn of career. ATF's moving on
that way should be applauded imo or at least with a combo of said phasing out and more part time UTR.
Would be sad to see ATF's continuing on in their 50's and 60's with no other recourse. Unless one day the "forever young" drug/injection story we all read about in high school changes the world..

Finding the truely engaged lady that loves the adventure, pleasure and knowing the impact they have on the client in the moment is what counts.... it is rare, but they are out there. Finding them is the key
Agree with above that to be successful in the long run, the best ladies on this Board truly must enjoy what they do - in order to be successful, you must have a great attitude as well as skills and appearance.
However, to me the top 1% or 2% go beyond that. They truly love sex, physical contact, being pleased and pleasing others to the point that even if they were not providers, they would be seeking these things out "for free" at almost the same level or frequency. For example, my best encounters have been with those that were (or currently still are) "swingers" in real life, or, that actively seek out pleasurable sexual encounters even when they are on "holiday".
Like any business, if you are able to convert your "favorite hobby" into an income producing profession, you are bound to be near the very top of that profession because it is truly not even a job or work for you.

I definitely love what I do... I believe one should enjoy whatever decisions/choices they've made as ones current career... There are times when it gets unsatisfying, annoying, then I take time off-couple days, a week or even a month .... (I took month of October off to get some clarity...).....

I can honestly say that I do enjoy the privilege of being a provider. Then again, I have the luxury of being independent, with a reliable screening process, and selective of who I approve for dates..... so my experience is probably far better than some other girls in this line of work/hobby who don't share these advantages.
Of course the money is also a source of satisfaction. I love being able to make the sort of money I make with minimal time investment, so that I can focus on my studies. Grad school is no joke!
