Hypnosis is risky and sometimes dangerous BDSM. A form of Edgeplay and should only be done with a expert and well known reputable BDSM provider who is experienced in Hypnosis. preferably a provider you have seen many times before and are very comfortable with. It can trigger childhood trauma and issues you never knew you were surpressing and you certainly don't want to be vunerable in the wrong person's hand.

All of what you mention is valid especially in therapeutic sessions.
My experience has been that hypnosis is actually self hypnosis and you can't be forced to do something that you don't want to do.
