"Conscious Uncoupling" as per Gwynneth Paltrow...
If a "softer" divorce is now known as Conscious Uncoupling, are we as hobbyists, through the use of TER and technology, now engaging in the practice of Unconscious Coupling?? Just musing mid-week...-- Modified on 4/8/2015 11:53:00 AM
A drunken Civie hook up seems potentially "Unconscious Coupling"
Buying a hobby phone, withdrawing gradual amounts of cash for a hobby horde, planning a time and a cover story, screening, reviewing and selecting potential girls based on numerical scores and historical ranking, arranging, and paying cash on the barrel head before the funny biz and paying attention to the running meter during, and the strict explicitly communicated rules on pops, covering, here but not there, on chest but not on face etc etc etc? Seems elaborately conscious to me. Sort of an odd mixture of a tax audit and animal instincts, this unnatural thing we do
onscious Copulation.

From my understanding, "conscious uncoupling" is a mutual understanding that both parties have individual battles, and the relationship failure is not weighed by man and woman pointing fingers/blaming. Gwynneth and Chris make it seem like they have a hyper evolved way of handling emotions, where they are beyond disputes and see it all as spiritual healing/growth.
...but I think for "conscious uncoupling" to exist, both the man AND woman would have to both be in on it.
haha, kind of like having an "open relationship" ...both parties need to be on the same page, otherwise it's taken as infidelity lol.
