Who says what?  I mean who's this who?  Really - who has the right to make such outrageous claims anyway?  And who's on first anyway?

No offense WHO but some folks really shouldn't reproduce.  Seriously. There's this guy called Darwin...  had some theories...  pretty good stuff.  Check it out.

But I do agree at least in principle.  Being seriously horny is disability with a capital "D."

To all the lovely ladies out there - it is within your power to stamp out blue balls in your lifetime.  It can happen.  'Tis a consummation devoutly to be wished.  Make the world a better place - put a smile on your guy's face.  Now that's a slogan!  "Make America great again"... good grief did a 5th grader come up with that?    

Anyway, ladies keep doing the lord's work.  Remember the gents of America carefully place our blue balls in your compassionate hands.
Or mouths.
We're cool either way.
