Look to left border of this page where it says regional boards, does one of them cover you area? That is where you can introduce yourself.
Now here are a couple of tips:
1) When you enter this board, you will always see TER's Instruction Manual. This has a lot of good info about posting and advertising on TER.
2) You say you have a review, great!!! You can contact [email protected] and claim it. This will give you free limited VIP status, allowing you to read your own review in full, and also will let you use TER's mail service.
