I am not a full-fledged Provider-member YET. I find it difficult because I can't get verified on 411 or check Provider boards to look out for "bad clients"...I think I'm getting a bunch of them because I'm "new" to this area.  

There is one in particular who said he read my ad on DC board, wanted special rate for being first to review me (I can kinda understand that), but then after we worked out things, he tells me he's not into what I was offering.  (After already showing him my site, pics, etc...)  

I'm NOT a NEW provider just took a very long break, a lil older, wiser, and skilled!  Tired of these BS games makes me want to consider an agency...ugh.  But I hate the idea of working for a "pimp".

WTF.

Advice for someone who can't check 411/black list/provider board?  Just hope for the best?
