Thanks for the reply. It sounds like there isn't anything with what I described, but maybe Frankfurt is close. I will do some more research on those.

I'm sorry if this question has been asked and I didn't find it in my search.  Are there any FKK Clubs in a city centre?  To be more specific, are any located in a city centre where it's possible to walk or take public transportation to them, near pubs, restaurants, and other things to do?  In other words, it's all right there. No commute out your base necessary.  For those of you who have been to Amsterdam, I know there are no FKK Clubs, but all 3 red light districts are in the city centre and accessible by foot, tram, bus, or taxi, along with hotels, food, drink, etc.  You don't have to go more than 3 kilometers to get to everything.  Thanks in advance.

Well, this depends on what you mean by 'city centre'. There are few if any FKK clubs in the actual historic centres or shopping districts. The only one I can really think of is in Prague, just of Wenceslav Square.

Some are close to city centres, but still in a 'commercial area' that is relatively quiet and uniteresting. In Frankfurt you have Palace near the Messe and Mainhattan in another business area. Both are easily reachable with public transport. I wouldn't be to sure about walking there though.

In Cologne you have Samya (reachable by tram), which is on a similar commercial area and about 25 minutes out from the actual city centre.

In Duesseldorf there is Dolce Vita that is in the Suburb of Reisholz, just around the corner from a S bahn station... You also have Panthera in a residential area that is fairly easily to get to. A bit outside of Duesseldorf you also have Living Room, which is in the town of Kaarst (again a 'commercial area').

In the boring city of Bochum, you have Freude just outside the city centre... this is actually pretty walkable, but these is also a tram. But the Ruhrpot area in Germany (Duisburg, Essen, Bochum, Dortmund, etc.) is pretty much grown into one big city.

Some of the clubs in smaller towns are closer to the village centres, but these are often pretty sleepy villages.
