Minnie and St. Paul ... lots of quality, variety and price points to choose from when in MN
So I've only hobbied in Atlanta but I have some time coming up and I would like to see some more of the country. Any recommendations of some other great safe, hobbying cities?
I travel many places for work and while I'm gone I play.... and I play in Atlanta more than anywhere else - you got it great right where you are. That said; Dallas is very good, stick to the top 20 or so on the TER top 100 and you can find some gems that won't break the bank. I have had some wonderful experiences in NC, Greensboro & Raleigh Durham in particular. Chicago is very good and the cultural possibilities are also world class. DC can keep you busy for a long time too. Do your homework and you can have a great time almost anywhere.
Disappointments? Tampa/Orlando, either end of Tennessee and Austin.
