I don't know how to make it happen, does seem like one in a million.  But I get super turned on by playing discreetly in public places.  So for me this is definitely something I'd love to do someday if it ever worked out.  

My real biggest fantasy is hooking up on an Amtrak train.  It's even more feasible, since you can book private compartments!

I noticed some airports have "napping stations" now that you can rent by the quarter hour.  Maybe rent two, sneak into one together, and hook up there during your "naptime?"

If funds are not a limiting factor, just buy a hot local provider a flight so she can meet you in the airport, and then you get to sample the local talent during your layover!  And maybe she gets a free flight if she decides to actually get on it lol.

(I live within driving distance of the Nashville airport and it's one of the fastest airports in the country!)
