Relative to providers doing requred work to ensure that a client is legit, safe to see,etc I was pondering the other day, would it be less intrusive to those gents who are kinda scared off by a provider contacting their place of employment to just do a criminal background check on a client?? I believe in many cases these can be done on line.
Personally I have no problem with a agency or girl contacting my work as long as they are discreet but I have read many posts on these boards with newbies and others who seem very concerned about this, especially after the gov of NY got busted.
I have never read about providers doing criminal backgraound checks on clients on any of these boards but it struck me that ,given the choice, some prospective clients might choose that mode of checking for safety purposes. I could understand that this may not be effective as some criminals avoid prosecution, but I just wonder how much money is lost by providers because many gents are concerned about discretion to the point that they stay clear of the hobby.
Then again other gents might oppose the criminal background check thing more than an employment contact, especially those who might have run into trouble with the law decades ago.
Especially as a hobbyist I dont want to bring on more checks and obstacles that hinder or delay or make us jump us through more hoops to see our favorite girls, but I was just wanting to see if their were any opinions on this subject.

As long as it costs money to do a background check and calling a guy's place of employment is still free I doubt there will be a significant increase in the number of back ground checks being run by providers or prospective customers.
Also, you have to remember that the providers are screening for LE, not just foe nut jobs.
a crimianl background check, even if it came back negative, would not necessarily reveal the info a provider looks for to determine whether to see a gent or not -- things like poor hygeine, overly demanding, verbally abusive, etc...
but I wonder just how accurate things lke Date Check are. A few days ago I accidentally managed to access it, and I saw close to a year of listings for men being blackballed, including many TER handeles and many real life names. Many of these blackball choices were based on nothing more than NCNS, one TER name I recognixed was being blacklisted on the basis of being too physically active during his sessions.
I've got no problem with a provider declining to see any specific potential hobbyist -- it's her body and her choice. I just wonder about the accuracy of some of the info that gets into, and used, in some of those date verification services.
background checks are effective....interesting.
By the way...How does one accidentally access a secure site...hypothetically...accidentally speaking?
As for the info that is on Date-Check according to you. I would suspect that ladies would prefer to have as much info up fron as possible and then have a conversation with the guy to clear up any issues.
One person's too active, may be another lady's challenge to ride the beast into submission, so not all info like that is deal-breaker info.
One NCNS is hardly a deal breaker for most, but for a lady that has to pick and choose her clents while traveling, once may be too many.
I think most verification sites do a very good job. Maybe not perfect, but very good. TER is in the same boat...an occasional fake review gets through, but for the most part, they do a great job and everybody benefits from their service.

far, far less shocking than you might imagine. in fact, absolutely prosaic.
i was googling, and my search results hit some names i recognized as TER usernames. I clicked on a couple, and viola, there I was. hint: look for anything bearing the label "uncached page." [
there was no hacking involved, if that's what you're implying. i was taken to a chronological listing of dates, names, and reasons why the various gents are being blacklisted. when i tried to go further, i could no longer proceed.
i think you might have missed my point? -- the absnce of a criminal record does not insure the absence of traits and behaviors that a provider might consider offensive and a deal breaker.
the guy being blackballed for being too active, I'm thinking of sending him a PM to make him aware, if he already is not.
From there, it's up to the ladies on the board to offer referrals or blacklist someone. As for reasons why people are blacklisted, it varies with providers, but I personally only blacklist the physically abusive and the rude horrible people who make appointments so excruciatingly painful. Other than that, I mention to ladies if someone is a time waster, but I wouldn't say that necessarily precludes anyone from seeing them. I think it's more of a warning that this appt. may flake on you type of thing. That's it.
As for you "accidentally" accessing it, I think what you're referring to is either fraudulently gaining access by masquerading as a provider or hacking in, but I am very happy that I have one space left that men like you can't invade and try to control and the ladies who are members know what I'm talking about.

no, not a hacker, and i have no interest in invading your privacy. but i cannot speak fot other men like me, whatever that may be
Remember, the other thing providers are checking for is whether the potential client is LE posing as a client. Presummably most LEO's would have a clean criminal background check. Employment verification is a quick and easy way to verify that the client is who he says he is and that he is employed by a legitimate business interest.
In my experience of sharing this information with independent providers, it has been handled with the utmost discretion and tact. Twice I was never even aware that the call was made. Once the receptionist put the lady through to me and we had a very nice chat.
Provider references help ensure that the client is safe to see (not violent, rip-off, etc.) but the employment verification goes a long way towards addressing the LE concern.
does it really? if local LE has enough time and resources to set up bogus dates with providers, i'm betting they'd be clever enough to have a dummy phone number set up to give out as an employment reference.
I had a case a few yrs ago where the DEA was working out of the American Family Life location and when my clients called the uco, the DEA receptionist would answer "American Family Life how may I direct your call".
Of course the DEA would not be involved in this, but the local vice squad could do the same thing.

Well in my experience (limited certainly) the ladies have asked me for my direct #, a central phone number and company website for my employment. Seems like a lot of effeort for local LE to go after an independent provider to create a bogus company, phone #'s Website, etc. For a larger agency sting, I guess nothing is impossible.
The crux of the matter is how much info does the lady need to getto her comfort zone.
I have known girls who did a check and everything was fine but when they got to the room they were busted. They do set up phony companys and independent listings as handyman, plumber, electrician. Self employed workers are the highest payscale with expendable money for the hobby but easy to set up this front. Many free listed sites on the computer for them to set up a profile. Also many LE have second jobs or moonlighters as well.

Which is why I google a phone number before I call it. As for fellas that say they're self employed or the president of a company, call the state corporation commission. You might be on hold for a bit, but it's free! Dee de de!
the information needed to conduct a successful criminal background check is more extensive and intrusive than name and place of employment. Most of us share a name with numerous other people. If you have a reasonably common name it's quite likely that your "name" shows up. So other information is required to reject the false positives such as: DL number, current and previous home addresses, etc.
Date of birth is by far the most commonly used qualifier to name in criminal background searches. That's why when cops pull someone over who doesn't have a DL on them, they always ask them their name and date of birth.
I don't think I've ever seen a provider ask for date of birth on her appointment form.
ARe you old or young ?
pls check this box for old and check this one for young.

I love that new gallery.
that asked for DOB, they outright stated that it was to perform a backround search. After a second to consider the request I found it reasonable and gave the information requested. I maight add this agency was very well reviewed and I was wuite happy with my many subsequent visits.
As Oprah Winfrey mentioned casually on her show, "This is a prostitute who has sex with hundreds of strange men for a living. You are trusting very confidential and personal info with a woman who has sex with the public for financial benefit and compensation?" She continues, "I don't get it, you are sharing possibly life altering info with a prostitute"?
I am a single guy and even if I were arrested in a police sting operation and my name and picture were in the newspaper for soliciting a prostitute, it would not adversely affect me or my career. (my many and very affluent clients would laugh with me, because they all know I see ho's and have a very free life style. I am the one they come to when seeking local ho info) I am not a typical John in this context. For sure, if I were a John who 100% needed to be discreet, I would only communicate on a disposible cell phone and all of my info would be 100% aliases. No escort would ever know my real name, address or place of employment.
Ho'ing is an under ground hobby. John's have review boards to help them in their decisions who to see. Ho's have their methods of CYA on which Johns to see or not see.
A pretty good source of driver licenses, car registrations, reverse tag (license plate) search, criminal back ground search, etc etc is a reasonably priced site that I will list below. It has helped me crack many a cyber detective case.

there are many things that other girls may think is acceptable behavior that i dont and vice versa.
i only ask for references to determine capatibility with a guy.
for my safety, i use public records, not other provider's opinions.
I think this already does go on.
For a fee, that info can be searched if one has the right personal info.
Also in response to you, for all the gals like me who screen alot & lose out on biz all the time, but I feel that is my choice, there are many more who don't screen at all & those guys have no prob getting dates. I think each gal develops her own procedure.
Interesting post really. Sara
I've seen Sensual Sara at a GT (get together aka party) and she is smokin hot! Her and Jill Morgan were at the GT and both stood out as the two hottest foxes amongst the other 75 or so girls in attendance. See either of these two lovely ladies and you'll be a happier man.
Wow, I just saw this post. Thanks so much.
Jill is very hot like you said also.
It is kinda surreal to meet so many people in such a short time. Sara
It would make sense that many providers will do a criminal backround check without saying so using the info you provide them. This is due diligence on their part, and no hobbyist should have a problem with that...
