Does anyone know iff there is a club in Zurich, Switzerland?    
There are a few; the biggest and best known is FKK Globe. This is probably the FKK with the best looking girls and best service levels, of all FKK clubs. But it being Switzerland, the prices are higher too. I think you pay more than 100E for half an hour (in CHF off course) and have to add a bit for tax. Also, no food available, so you'll have to order in. Go to their site and look at some of the pics (you'll start saving up immediately). I was with Kate once when she worked in Germany: an absolute star. In the German clubs you often have the more popular and better girls, going to Globe for a while to make twice as much for each fuck.

It's 140 CHF per half hour including tax. They opened an on site restaurant a year ago with reasonable prices by Swiss standards. Almost all the girls there have worked in the German FKK clubs, and they often return to Germany because typically their work permits only allow them to work 8-9 months per year.
