...is the CEO but, unlike Harry Truman, when something goes wrong the buck doesn't stop with the Pope - someone else's head will roll. According to this dubious website, the Archbishop who set up the meeting will be "fired."
It's not quite that simple. As the NY Times explains, the 74 year-old Archbishop has to submit his letter of resignation when he turns 75. They're not always automatically accepted by the Vatican, but this one surely will, especially since the Archbishop also fucked up a few years ago and was "exiled" to America.
The same Catholic Church who "punished" the child raping priests by sending them somewhere new, just to start raping kids all over again in their new parishes.
