When was the last time someone you know got major publicity for a driving violation? Probably never, but look how much coverage Paris Hilton is getting.
Am I the only one worried about this? When screening is done, I assume it all gets written down somewhere and kept for future reference. Does a provider's little black book ever come back to haunt former customers if LE gets involved? I remember Heidi Fleiss and that mess, but do you think it's common for LE to go after that info?
