Am I the only one worried about this? When screening is done, I assume it all gets written down somewhere and kept for future reference. Does a provider's little black book ever come back to haunt former customers if LE gets involved? I remember Heidi Fleiss and that mess, but do you think it's common for LE to go after that info?
This might be a big city vs. small town issue as well.
In a major city, unless you are a celebrity or a major figure in business I doubt LE or media are going to take the time and effort to hunt you down. However in a small town, where priorities might be different, I don't know...
When was the last time someone you know got major publicity for a driving violation? Probably never, but look how much coverage Paris Hilton is getting.
