I guess it is probably difficult for someone in their position to do that, but that can get a conviction.
There was an Nigerian boxer years ago named Ike Ibeabuchi. He was a real low class thug. He raped an escort in Las Vegas and she reported him. He was convicted and spent 16 years in prison. Not long enough as far as I am concerned, but at least she got some justice.
