What do you mean that you tried contacting agency? She uses an assistant for phone calls, but she answers most of her own emails. She's not with any agency. She is supposed to be leaving tomorrow and she's returning in October. She will be greatly missed!

I've never called. She just told me that she has an assistant handle her calls, since her English isn't very good. I usually text her, but I've also emailed and she's been pretty responsive. However, she did say that she's mostly seeing just regulars now.
