If it's not too much to ask, what was the nature of the "special arrangement"? I'm not asking for specifics, such as the amount of money or the number of hours. Was it a fixed amount (presumably lower than her regular hourly rate) paid at regular intervals for X hours of service over a specific period of time? How long did this arrangement last? Over time, did this arrangement satisfy the needs of both parties?
In both cases, we had a long chat of how the arrangement would benefit both parties. We discussed money, hours, days of the week availability, menu options, hard limits, etc.
With both girls we agree to a fixed, monthly amount that would include X amount of sessions but they were/are all "clock free" dates. Overnights, which I rarely ever do, would be additional.
The first one lasted just shy of three years and this current one started in January and will end later this month.
