Some DO want some info like this. He's in a hurry. Tomorrow morning. Less than 8 hours away. He's getting some info out there now. The ladies who aren't interested in a snobby white professional will not reply. The ladies who are looking for something other than an alcoholic biker might choose to respond.
He could (or should have included) his age (many do have a minimum age), range he's willing to spend and other info about his desires all of which reveal a bit about himself.
Some providers specifically ask for us to "Tell me a little about yourself."
What's the harm in providing the info? I always provide standard "personal ad" info. I used to be asked for it, so now I just include it by default. Also, they'll know who to expect on the other side of the peephole and so they have a rough idea of the personality type to prepare for.
Corndog gives out a lot of 9s and 10s. That could explain his "good looking" self assessment. Another overrated review?
