We are always patient (well almost always) here on the newbie board.  Really there are a pretty good bunch of guys and gals here willing to help.

So listen to the advice of uncle jazz32:

I had to remove the link to your site.  If you want to post a link, your site must have the TER badge on either your entry/warning page or your home page.  I know this can easily be done with the template you are using.

I did find enough info on your site to discover that you have already had your first TER review, and it looks to be a good one!

Since you have a review, you can email [email protected] from the email address listed in the profile, and a link to the profile to claim this as your's.  When you do this you get limited VIP status, the nifty "see my TER reviews" tag will appear next to your name when ever you post, and you will also be able to send and receive mail via TER.  Most important, you will be able to view all the details of your reviews.

Speaking of the details, there does appear to be one you will want to be aware.  The cost of services section differs a lot from what is listed on your site.  I don't know if this was a typo on the part of the reviewer, the result of a special you may have been running, or the actions of a troublemaker.  Remember, TER profiles are client driven, it is up to you to ask support to update your profile to your current/correct price structure.
