Tampa_Jim and mrfisher recommended ginseng. I agree totally. There are different potencies of ginseng and I recommend Wild Ginseng extract from Ron Teeguarden. The older the root, the more valuable and potent they become. The ginseng from Kentucky or Tennessee is considered inferior and not a good choice.
Mix, in the morning, a dick tonic of water, GoodBelly probiotics, squirts of Wild Ginseng,
squirts of Wild Red Reishi, squirts of Ginseng Sublime, 1 tablespoon of Maca Powder.
Stir Well and drink it like a shot of whiskey.
Everyday, mix goji berries, 1/2” slice of ginger, water; blend on high and drink.
The blender will break the particles down so that the phytochemicals can easily go to work.
Take 10 -20 Cordycep mushrooms in a smoothie or eat them right out of the bag.
