Even Paradise can be rather fucked up

I love the islands but like everywhere else they do have some idiotic shit going on here. You probably have read about this but right now the state is hopefully going to change a provision in the books which makes it legal for LE to quote "penetrate women" in the course of a investigation.

I mean this is just insane as it not only puts these women in jeopardy to possible abuse by LE but from my point of view is a kin to rape as these girls are offering a sexual act in exchange for something and not only is that not given but they are then prosecuted for it.

Also I am just wondering is it legal for the LE to take a toke and snort a line before banging these poor girls? Man the LE in Hawaii must really love their jobs LOL.
