My only question is why did they need to conduct a study to find the obvious? The rich have stolen the right of the people to have political representation.
or the most citizens with the most wealth, America or Russia?

Frankly, anytime there is a huge and lucrative lobbyist industry, I would think that a nation skews to oligarchy.
But UK is a close second.
