Even though I am no longer a VIP member and cannot get email, I still get a message that I have new messages.

I'm sure this has been asked 1000 times lately, but I'll ask again: why cannot the TER mail system refuse to send mail to those that are not VIP members?  Let me put this another way -- you must be storing this email somewhere, because if I paid my VIP dues, I could read that email.  You are wasting space by even storing it for non-VIP members.

The only reason I am saying this is that there is no good way to notify those trying to private-message me that I cannot read what they sent me.  For all they know, I am being rude and am ignoring them, but I don't want them to think that!
