To explain:
Yes, I wrote the original post as soon as I got home from my worthless trip into the arctic weather.  Yes, I was very pissed.  However, all I did was relay a story letting the rest of you know to be on your toes if you were planning on dealing with this girl, that you had the right info so you wouldn't get crossed up like I did.  Yes, I called the scheduler a dumb bitch.  That's what I do when I get pissed, I use curse words.  Which is pretty much all I did.  I didn't make any threats or tell anyone to not see this girl or anything like that.
Before I posted that night, I e-mailed Sofia and told her what had happened and that I totally didn't appreciate it, and yes I called her scheduler a stupid bitch in that e-mail too.  But I also told Sofia I knew it wasn't her fault that it happened, but that I was so put off by the waste of my time in such bad weather, that I wouldn't see her again under any conditions.  The e-mail she sent me was the same one she posted under my original post, word for word (copy and paste?)  Then later, I got an e-mail from her scheduler who felt the need to put her 2 cents in.  Guess Sofia must've forwarded my e-mail to her.  Both of them kept harping on the fact that she 'just made a mistake'.  A mistake is when the person behind the counter gives you french fries instead of the onion rings you ordered.  This was more than a mistake.  Hey, Tracette, did you actually drive to the airport hotel first before going to Center City?  From the way your post reads, it sounds like you were preparing to go to the airport but found out just before you left that you had to go to Center City.  And how far did you have to travel thru the crappy weather?  Did you spend 90 minutes out in that shit?  No, it's not the first time something like this has happend to me from a provider that's supposed to be reputable, as it's happened recently from a well known SJ agency.  And in those other instances I did the same thing.  E-mailed them saying how poor I thought their service was using a curse here and there, and then never using their business again.  
I would also like to note that Mr. Moderator Fuzzy Phallus has had to warn Sofia twice about her postings.  Seems that's 2 times where she used actual names and even an e-mail addy.  If she's supposed to be such a highly regarded provider, wouldn't she know and care enough not to expose any info about her clients, even when having a disagreement with one?  The rest of you can defend her and say she's a great girl and gives great service, but her actions on here are a BIG RED FLAG to me.  I felt I was wronged and had the need to vent about it and then was fully prepared to walk away and forget it.  She's the one who tried to turn this into something bigger than it is.
That's the last thing I'll say about all this.  It's done.
