I hope you receive responses from providers, but from the perspective of a monger researching potential dates in Dallas, there is a preponderance of very fine (purely subjective standards, I agree) providers within a 5 mile radius of the Galleria Mall.   There could be many reasons for this, but whatever the reasons are, it may be a good place to start looking.  There are some excellent hotel options, also. Who knows? There may just be a high concentration of picky mongers in that part of town. Hope you have a fun visit. I know I'm looking forward to mine.
