I enjoy reading about DMT and the pineal gland ie the neuroscience behind "Near Death Experiences."

But then again I also enjoy reading about divine mathematics, fractals as they are found in the natural world, dark matter, and experimental physics etc. Lol. To me, these are the "mediums and methods" used by the ultimate artist.

Who said science/math and god can't be one and the same?

It is he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to dwell in. -Isaiah 40:22

Pictured below are flying female figures known in Norse mythology as Valkyries. They would move above battlefields, picking and choosing which soldiers would live and which would die. The men chosen for special consideration by the Valkyries would be taken to Valhalla, where they would become einherjar, and await the onset of Ragnarök, the climactic “twilight of the gods”.

...gave his first speech about Watergate, he received telephone calls from many supporters, including Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and Billy Graham.  Rev. Graham told Nixon that network coverage of the speech was positive except for CBS.

Of CBS, Graham said: "I felt like slashing their throats.  But anyway, God be with you."

Nice thought, Mr. Holy Joe.

Comes great responsibility. I always take these evangelical bigwigs with a thousand grains of salt.

Still trying to count how many people he actually killed to qualify as a possible mass murderer.  In bouts of frustration, I have often said that I would like to kill people, but it was pretty much tongue in cheek.

To date, no one has yet implied that I am a murderer.  But I will walk past the next cop I see very discretely.

If he had actually done something it might be newsworthy, but even much as I loathe the entire Billy Graham, bible thumping, cheating, stealing crowd. I find this post a complete yawner.

You don't have to go back anywhere near forty years to find people who have the same sentiment about you. What a lame fucking post.

wit his God-damn America sermon filled with hate for white people is not annointed word of God.

I have been to several churches where I was the minority, and never witnessed any hate.  I was treated like a dignitary and walked to the front row.  Not that I would have ever even thought I deserved that, but the humbly went out of their way to make me feel I had made it home.

I would never set one foot in the door of Obama's mentors church.

Was it filled with hate for white people?

Like I said I have never read his whole sermon, but from what I have heard. None of it felt directed towards my whiteness

some of it perhaps a bit justified because of how and when he grew up, but children of privelege like Barrack and Michelle Obama have no such excuses.

I too could harbor such resentment against "white people" considering the racism I encountered in my younger years, I have been refused employment and actually had the shit beat out of me solely because of my race. I choose to look past that and to appreciate the fact that the US is no longer a place where such things are tolerated and that I not only have equal rights under the law, but equal rights in actual practice. Some people really need to stop living in the past. Rev Wright is one of them.

Thanks to liberals...

I wouldn't disagree with everything Rev. Wright says. I would however call him a hypocrite because he profits off the same "racist" institution which he detest.

Question for anyone: Why don't activists ever give credit to the force in which they protest?

In the absence of that force, they wouldn't have anything to protest

were we not in the middle of a nasty war against Asians ? I know it doesn't make it right but the dude who kicked your ass could have had a family member killed in a firefight the day before.

When I have conversations with white boomers, they always tell me about fighting with niggers
(that's the word they use) in the 60's. I wouldn't label these guys as bigots, and it was a different time back then. The thing is we are never talking about race, or US history.

I think what white people didn't like about desegregation, was it was forced upon them. In a time they grew up with an already ingrained indoctrination of the complete opposite.

This still takes place today between rival gangs. The poor fighting among the poor, the peoples mentality has not change, it has only become PC.

when white people complain about shit being forced upon them when they have been forcing the same shit on everyone else.

Especially since no where in my text was there a complaint.

Wasn't segregation forced by law?

Wasn't desegregation forced by law?

Justice is a philosophy in which the delusional hold faith

Do you even pay attention to what you write?

and for the record, it wasn't just once, and it wasn't just one guy at a time.

and no it doesn't make it right, but it was a very long time ago. The only time I even think about it is when I hear people who have never experienced REAL racism cry about how bad it is today. Anyone who grew up in the suburbs over the last three decades or so, doesn't have a fucking clue as to what racism really is and really should just STFU about it. Especially white liberals and black kids from the burbs.

Unless it is being used to rally the libs, into supporting US military intervention some place.

What nonsense.

Have you ever been flipping through the channels and watched a few minutes of Billy Graham Classics from the 70s on whatever station ?

If there is one evangelist who could sell me a long in the tooth nag it's him.

All these fu*king scum bags, both Protestant and Catholic, who've been busted for every crime under the sun but not him. Like him or hate him, believe what he's selling or not, that man is the real deal.

All these BS attacks on Billy Graham didn't pop up until the SP came on the scene. Yet another who's been on their hit list long before the SP took office. The real enemy is the SP not a Billy Graham.
