The lawsuit isn't Jenna Jameson vs. Tera Patrick, it's Digital Playground vs. Tera Patrick. DP claims to own the rights to Tera's stage name & were filing all sorts of injunctions that she couldn't work under that name for anyone else but DP since she was under contract to them. A couple of days ago, the story broke that Tera & DP have come to an agreement ref the use of her name & the status of her contract. Tera will be doing 3 scenes for Vivid (co-starring Evan Seinfeld) using just her first name. ClubJenna is supposed to be operating a website for Tera & that's where JJ comes in to the story.
