I get this frequently from dancers, even ones who have not provided OTC services.  I don't have a problem giving them money as long as they provide an appropriate service in return.  I.e. if she normally askes for $250 an hour, and wants to borrow $1000, then I expect her to give me 4 hours.  Just have her provide a service to you which is worth the amount she is asking for.  Now if she wants you to take out a loan for her, that's different.  I would decline to enter into that type of arrangement.  Some take their debts very seriously and will repay, but I've found more often than not, having her in debt to you strains the relationship.
