I found a couple solid AMPs near my neighborhood.  One has been consistent for HE.  Another had promise, but think I blew it since it was my very first AMP and had no idea what I was doing.  But looking for something a bit more upscale, especially if I could find a EAMP (is that a phrase?) with a European rather than Asian angle.

Any recommendations?  The reviews are pretty sparse.  Thanks.
