Preferred411 profiles often say if they are newbie friendly, but I don't know if you have to be a paying member to look at profiles or not.  Maybe try looking at DateCheck too.  Read reviews on established ladies in your area.  Not being from Ohio, where I assume you are, I have no knowledge of the local ladies.  Just be sure you stick to well-reviewed ladies, NOT beginners.

When you look at a profile with a lot of reviews, look at the reviewers' list of reviews.  If he has a lot, send him a PM and ask him if he knows if any of the ones he reviewed are newbie friendly.  If you don't have VIP membership, cough up the $ and get at least a month, it will be worth it because w/o VIP, you can't see her cost, ratings, or read the juicy details of the review.
