I'm not sure what you're asking here, exactly. Are you suggesting that you have to fill out an online form which might be anonymous if sent via a gmail account? You have to use a computer to access the website of one of those services, fill it out online and send it via their servers? And you think you might be able to do so anonymously so that nobody could trace it back to your computer?

While there are free software programs that will make it very difficult for anyone to trace things back to you, there really is no truly anonymous way to cover all of your tracks. You could download TOR or NoScript and they would make it more difficult to find you, I don't think there are any guarantees, though, as digital forensics get more and more sophisticated all the time.

There are no simple answers to this but you might start by searching on the newbie board for "hide ip" and then search the Internet for "anonymous browsing". If you're using gmail and thinking that a unique username would keep your email confidential, you might already be much more vulnerable than you realize.

I am considering joining one of the internet reference sites; RS2K, Date Check, etc, but am concerned that my computer can be linked to my application. I have a gmail address, but that's only good for mail. Is there any way to submit my application anonymously? P.M. is OK. Thanks in advance.

Even if LE were to somehow get a hold of such information, it doesn't prove any crime was committed.  Also, I don't know about the other sites but P411 is based in Canada.

Thanks all- got to filling out forms and they DO require real name, etc- Noooo way!
