The problem is that since the "pricing" or the negotiations for reductions or whatever or "special sales" are all for an illegal activity, solicitation for same would be illegal.  Also, of a person other than the one atually buying or selling the service serves as a go between that individual could atually be on the hook for pimping and pandering.  I whish this were not so and am devoted to trying to change the law, but now that is what the law could be interpreted to mean, I am sorry to say.
