If you did post links to references (websites, mail addresses etc), it can go to the spam folder and deleted within 3 days if she doesn't have the chance to check.
Also, many ladies have assistants or a screener service. They will answer all their mails or calls (if a lady has a mail only policy, it can be the case).
So, try an alternative way to contact her (if you really want to book).
Google for other places she might have ads or reviews, it might have a different mail or cell number listed.
